The VAH List of Disinfectants contains all disinfectant procedures which have a certificate for efficacy issued by VAH. It lists all products with their tested concentrations and contact times and activity spectrums. VAH certificates are issued when the products meet the requirements for quality assurance as published by VAH. These are based on efficacy testing according to standardized test methods in correspondence with the state of the art and the European (CEN) test methods, thus ensuring a high level of efficacy in actual use conditions.
The database-supported VAH List of Disinfectants (online) contains important information on all products which were certified by VAH.

The VAH List is the basis for selecting effective disinfectants for use in hospitals, outpatient clinics and resident doctors’ or dentists’ offices as well as in public institutions and other areas where there is a risk for infection transmission. Users are granted free access to this website which is available in English and German.
